Licensed Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in construction management across residential, commercial and engineering projects. As CEO, Dennis leads CBC’s day-to-day business, project delivery and technical operations, drawing on more than a decade of experience managing construction projects in the Philippines.

02Professional Mechanical Engineer and ASEAN Engineer with more than 16 years of construction management experience. Gabriel provides technical and strategic guidance to CBC, drawing on extensive expertise in mechanical engineering, HVAC, project management and international engineering practice.
03Professional Mechanical Engineer with more than 16 years of construction experience across the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. Jordan supports CBC on financial, regulatory and strategic matters, bringing extensive experience in construction management, electro-mechanical systems, HVAC and fire protection.
04Experienced business leader, academic and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of expertise in marketing, consumer behaviour and commercial strategy. As a Co-Founder of CBC, Gemma supports the company’s strategic direction, business development, partnerships and long-term growth, with a particular focus on developing new commercial opportunities and international relationships.

05Licensed Mechanical Engineer specialising in Solar PV design, installation and project delivery. Joshua oversees CBC’s operational activities and renewable-energy projects, with experience across rooftop and ground-mounted systems, including hybrid solar power installations.

John oversees site mobilisation, manpower, subcontractor coordination and day-to-day installation activities, with hands-on expertise across Solar PV, HVAC, fire protection and electro-mechanical systems.
